Eleanor Alandy has served thousands of leaders at the executive level as well as high potential senior business leaders in the US and in the Asia Pacific Region for over 20 years in the area of leadership development and executive coaching.

She consulted with various Executive Teams in executive education, change management, team effectiveness, action learning, strategic planning, organization effectiveness, & leadership development leading to business results at organization, team and individual levels.
Eleanor assumed leadership positions in Talent Management/Organization and Leadership Development across several industries such as financial services, executive education, consumer goods, electronics and communication, manufacturing and sales and services in the US, Philippines and Singapore. She assumed the role of executive coach and leadership development consultant/faculty/facilitator in these various industries including companies such as: Procter & Gamble, Motorola, Allstate Insurance Co., Center for Creative Leadership.
Her most recent assignments include leadership/executive coaching in companies based in Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, India, Philippines, Thailand and Hong Kong.
Eleanor trained/coached business leaders which resulted in USD$13M combined revenue and savings. As Coaching Talent Director, she recruited, selected, provided orientation and ongoing capability development, & monitored the delivery and quality of the work of executive coaches. As an Executive Coaching Practice Leader, she developed an Executive Coaching Toolkit that served as guide/ template for HR Business Partners and Officers in the implementation of the executive coaching program. As Talent Management Leader, she led & coordinated the 360 assessment/leadership development program for executives and high potential leaders. She trained/certified HR/Business Leaders to become coaches.
As an executive coach and leadership consultant, she brings with her solid international work experience, expertise, and educational background combined with her leadership ability and her passion for continuous learning & thought leadership in her field of expertise. She focuses on making a difference with executives (C-level position, directors and department heads) to enable them to build, maintain,& enhance their personal and leadership effectiveness, in the accelerated development of high potential leaders for their personal & professional growth, and for the profitability and sustainability of the business they manage.
In her coaching practice, she nurtures and upholds the integrity, personal efficacy, and wholeness of the leader as they in turn nurture the growth, development, and learning of the people and organizations they lead. Specifically, she provides: executive coaching/team coaching, facilitation of leadership development/coaching programs, and development of coaching culture within organizations.
