Menchie has over 25 years of experience in the field of training and consulting. She is currently an independent consultant specializing in helping companies develop their human resource skills in the areas of both personality and career development. This role involves training of employees at all levels in skills needed to deal with building a customer centric culture, instilling a dynamic sales and marketing attitude, having a business and process thinking, enhancing team effectiveness and team performance, and in coaching and mentoring peers and subordinates.

Prior to being an independent consultant, Menchie spent almost 10 years with John Clements Consultants Inc. (JCCI) handling the sales and marketing of Tennessee Associates International (TAI) Division in Manila, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong for both public and in-house programs in Change Management, Vision, Mission and Values, Process Management, Communication, and Teambuilding. She assisted senior consultants during seminars in Hong Kong and Singapore. She also helped develop the strategies for Tennessee Associates’ market entry in the countries she handled. During her tenure with the TAI Division of John Clements Consultants, she organized and conducted both public and in-house training. She also helped facilitate strategic planning and teambuilding for top management for companies such as Caltex Philippines, Philippine Geothermal, Inc., The Bases Conversion Development Group, The Board of Investments, Koppel Philippines, The Metro Pacific Group, Del Monte Philippines, Purina Philippines, American Power Corporation, and Hewlett Packard. She had been a judge and speaker in the areas of Quality Management for Honda Cards Philippines, Goodyear Philippines, and for the Human Resource Association.
At JCCI, Menchie started with the Public Seminar Group, responsible for the sales and marketing of John Clements’ programs to the local market. Eventually, she started conducting both public and in-house programs for local companies in both the service and manufacturing industries.
Menchie continues to provide training and consulting at all levels of organizations for all industries. Outside her professional work she is part of Educhild, a group that teaches parenting skills to young parents. She also formed Soul Food Saturdays, a group that teaches Catechism every Saturday to the poorest of the poor living along the railroads of Muntinlupa.
Menchie is a communications specialist, and a very experienced and passionate presenter. She is married to Derick and they have 5 children.
