    For Paying Participants:

    • Online Payment
      • Please proceed and follow the steps until you reach the end. An email confirmation will be sent to the registrant once you’ve finished the entire procedure.
    • Bank Deposits
      • Please fill out the registration form and click Proceed.
      • Please fax deposit slip to 893.9556 or e-mail a scanned copy to workshop@franklincoveyphilippines.com.
      • After registering and sending the deposit slip via fax or email a client partner will notify you once they’ve received your registration.

    ** For groups larger than 10, the effective participant rate will be applied per participant beyond 10.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation must be formalized in writing (hard copy, email, or fax, no SMS, no Viber, no WhatsApp or similar informal communications) at least ten working days (10) prior to the session.

    Cancellations made after this ten-day period will not be accepted and will be charged 30% of the Standard Individual Rate per head, for both paid and unpaid accounts. This will cover banquet and logistical fees.

    No Shows on paid accounts will not be refunded.

    No Shows on unpaid registrations will be charged 30% of the Individual Rate per head.

    Participation may be transferred to another individual in the same paying organization, when necessary.
