Lirio is the Vice President at FranklinCovey Philippines. As an executive coach, senior consultant, and accredited FranklinCovey facilitator, Lirio conducts workshops in leadership, personal effectiveness, productivity, execution, strategic planning, and teambuilding.

As a consultant in human resources and organization development, she has assisted several companies in installing systems and processes related to leadership development, organization diagnosis, transition management, strategic planning, performance management, total quality, continuous improvement, and career development.

Lirio was the internal consultant for Organization Development, Total Quality Management, and Corporate Training at Procter & Gamble Philippines for ten years. She served as the President of the Philippine Society for Training & Development (PSTD) in 1993, the Chairman of the Philippine Society for Training and Development Foundation in 2006, and Vice President of the Philippine Quality and Productivity Movement from 2004 to 2006.

Lirio is married to Domingo Mapa and is blessed with 8 children and 12 grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, reading, and playing Scrabble.
