Bullet's 27-year career in marketing and training has made her an experienced human resource and learning practitioner. She aims to make a meaningful and life changing difference in people's lives by facilitating their learning from what she herself has learned and experienced.

Bullet, as her family and friends call her, was previously connected with Del Monte Phils, Inc., launching the hugely successful Lycopene campaign that further strengthened Del Monte tomato sauces’ dominant market leadership. She has launched other products that were successful in the market, such as: W Brown &Co: W Brown men’s shoes, Loacker Biscuits, Pez Candy, Duracell Batteries; Del Monte: Four Seasons Juice Drink, Classic Recipe Sauces, Tomato Sauce in Doy Pouch. She has also co-developed strategic initiatives that helped bring Puregold chain of supermarkets to a leadership position in their category.

She has developed a robust training curriculum for Del Monte-Manila, as well as initiated targeted selection system of hiring thatprovided a more effective talent sourcing mechanism.

Bullet would like to help participants come to one or two “aha” moments from what they learn from her, translating to a breakthrough in heir lives—professionally or personally.

Bullet is married to Geovani Lapina and is a tita, ninang, adviser, and nurturer to many young people. She enjoys watching films, studying the bible, and travelling.
